- Visa : Visa is required to visit India. All citizens need a valid passport ( Must not be expiring within 06 months within the entry) as well as a valid Indian visa or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card to enter and exit India for any purpose. India may deny entry to travellers without valid documents or the correct type of visa. Indian visa rules and instructions change often.
- India offers E-Tourist visa and advisable to apply for same at least minimum 10-12 working days in advance , before taking International flight. Sometime E-visa may take time so better apply in advance.
It depends on which part of India ; you wish to visit.
Summer season ( April – September ) is the best time for visiting Ladakh, Kashmir or other parts of Himalaya. Winter season ( October till March ) is ideal period to visit Rajasthan , South India and generally all parts of India . These months are also peak tourist months in India. Monsoon months (July – September) are a bit humid but nice to spend holidays at minimum cost.
If someone is interested in Jungle Safaris, then we recommend visiting between October till March as generally Jungle Park remains closed during summer and Monsoon season in North India.
After clearing immigration and collecting your Baggage from baggage belt , please proceed to EXIT Gate no 5. Here you will be received by our company representative at airport. He shall be holding a placard of your name for identification. We shall also provide you list of emergency 24 hours contact numbers for any emergency.
We only deal with standard category of hotels . Minimum standard of hotels which we provide to our customers is of 3 * category and it can go till 5-star luxury hotels.
Depending upon the requirement of each individual , we provide hotels as per their budget and liking . We enjoy good special rates from 4 stars hotels (Standard and superior) , Good standard and deluxe 5 stars , renowned heritage hotels and luxury hotels . India is vast country and at certain places, deluxe or first-class hotels are not there, and, in such case, we shall provide best available hotels in those particular areas . We also include heritage cum palace hotels , charming boutique hotels beside structured hotels in our tour packages , if required by our customers to make a tour package of their choice.
English is widely spoken in India, and we have English speaking guides all over INDIA. At many places or tourist circuits , we also have French , German , Spanish ,Italian, Portuguese, Japanese and other language speaking guides. We can also provide accompanying foreign language speaking tourist guides for individuals clients and groups as per the requirement. The availability of foreign language speaking guides can be confirmed at the time of reservation.
Upon receipt of written acceptance of our tour package and once you have given us your go ahead for tour booking, we shall process all tour reservations in time. We shall revert with confirmation status and then we would request you to deposit initial amount through bank transfer or credit card towards holding all arrangements on definite basis. The initial amount varies from minimum 25% to full advance payment depending upon the nature of tour elements.
Balance payment can be paid before arrival or on the day of arrival or as terms and conditions which we shall advise through mail. All Airlines need upfront payment to hold the air seats, hence would accept an advance payment for air fare immediately as air fare changes constantly.
Our tour package cost usually includes hotel accommodations with breakfast, all transfers, all possible city tours and excursions by private air-conditioned car / van / coach depending on number of persons as per itinerary, train fare or air fare if applicable, local English speaking or other foreign language speaking guides if available for city tours, entrances fee to monuments, our assistance on arrival and during the tour. Our cost may also include some special attractions viz elephant ride, camel safari, boat ride, other elements etc and all taxes. We can also include lunches & dinner, domestic flights and other services on request.
Travelling via road is one of the best ways to travel within India as one can see the glimpse of real INDIA as you can visit en-route villages and small forts at your own pace which is not possible by air or by train. But, if you are travelling to long distance, then taking a flight or trains can be more convenient and to save time.
Yes, we strongly recommend, and It is advisable that you buy a comprehensive medical / travel insurance in advance from your country before travelling to India. Though we provide commercial insured vehicles for surface travel and government approved Guides, then also it is strongly recommended that you take insurance cover before taking international flight.
Indian Currency is INR.
USD /Euro – The currency is widely accepted and preferred at all places. However, you can encash few dollars/euros/or other currency beforehand or at the start of trip, enable you to buy small souvenirs or some street goods etc. Credit Cards like VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS etc all re accepted by the good outlet or shopping places.
Please note that , that all domestic flights within India, allows 07 Kg hand baggage to carry along inside the Aircraft and 15 kg as checked in baggage (Per person).
If you carry heavy baggage more than the standard limit then you may be charged extra by the specific Airline as per their policy.
- Currency: The Indian Rupee (INR) is the local currency. It’s advisable to carry some cash for local markets and smaller shops, though credit and debit cards are widely accepted in malls and larger establishments. However, all shops related to items purchased by tourists do accept USD/EURO as well in cash apart from Credit Cards option.
